Cardio Tennis
A workout that happens to be tennis. No rating needed — if you can make contact with the ball, you can do this one.
- Continuous coach-fed hitting, high repetition, minimal standing around.
- Footwork and movement drills between rounds.
- Scored games at the end.
By December: The exercise you were going to do anyway, on a court instead of a treadmill. Most people find their forehand improves as a side effect.

What happens after you press Register
You enroll and pay for our group programs through the City of Laguna Beach, not here. About five minutes, and you do it once.
You will make a City account
Rec1 is the City of Laguna Beach's registration system, not ours. On your first visit it asks you to create a sign-on — a name, an email, a password. A couple of minutes, once, and it covers every City program from then on.
Payment is due when you register
Find Laguna Beach Tennis Academy in the catalog, choose your class and how many days a week, and check out. The City takes the money, not LBTA — there is no invoice afterwards and no deposit option.
The City tells us the moment you are in. We confirm your days, your court and your coach before the first session.
Registration is first come, first served through the City.
