Monday to Thursday at Alta Laguna Park through Friday 2 October, then under the lights at Laguna Beach High School from Monday 5 October — five minutes down the hill. Fridays are at the high school all season. Saturday 9:00 AM is at Alta.

About this program

For players who want to compete — school team, tournaments, UTR — and want a real season of training behind them when they do.

Yellow ball, full court, grouped by stage rather than age.
Warm-up, court work, point play, coach-led cool-down.
A coach places every player before the first session, and moves them when they are ready.

By December: A player who has trained through a full season rather than peaked for one tournament, and who has been pushed by the group around them.

If your child is not ready for the full-court block yet, Foundation Hour covers the same skills and a coach will say when it is time. See that class

What happens after you press Register

You enroll and pay for our group programs through the City of Laguna Beach, not here. About five minutes, and you do it once.

You will make a City account

Rec1 is the City of Laguna Beach's registration system, not ours. On your first visit it asks you to create a sign-on — a name, an email, a password. A couple of minutes, once, and it covers every City program from then on.

Payment is due when you register

Find Laguna Beach Tennis Academy in the catalog, choose your class and how many days a week, and check out. The City takes the money, not LBTA — there is no invoice afterwards and no deposit option.

The City tells us the moment you are in. We confirm your days, your court and your coach before the first session.

Registration is first come, first served through the City.
